Leather Madness’ return policy is to only accept returns within 30 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned in their original packaging without being used
- Items Received Damaged can be returned for store credit or for an exchange. You can inform customer support immediately to process your return / exchange.
- Items received are substandard or are wrong as what you have ordered can also be returned for store credit or exchange.
- Shipping and Handling Charges will not be refundable. The cost of returned goods must be paid by customer.
- All returned goods will be exchanged as long as they are returned to us in original mint condition along with the documents and tags included in the original product.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to check the sizing chart, available in centimeters and inches to ensure they are ordering the correct size. Leather Madness is not responsible for any errors in size; all jackets are stitched based on the sizing chart provided.
- We only offer Exchange or Store Credit but NO Refunds.
Initiate the Return
Most orders placed are dispatched in 5 to 7 business days. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days. We ship all our packages using DHL, TNT, SkyNet and DPEX Courier Services.
Leather Madness provides all jackets with a tracking number so you can track your jacket. We will email your tracking number once your jacket has been dispatched.Alternatively you can also find your tracking number from our Order Tracking page.
- All orders require a physical address with a valid telephone number for shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes APO/FPO Address.
- Please be aware that we ship our products from multiple places to make logistically feasible for you to receive your order in time. You may be receiving orders from UK, US or Asia, depending upon your shipping address and availability of your ordered item(s).
- We save on shipping costs, warehousing costs and insurance cost. We pass all these savings to our loyal customers.
- All orders can be tracked with a tracking number provided by the shipping company. In case if you haven’t receive your order you can track it with your shipping company. In case mistakenly the order is accepted for the country that is not in our shipping country list then we will either refund or will ask customer for an alternative shipping address.
