Returns Policy
Leather Madness' return policy is to only accept returns within 30 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned in their original packaging without being used- Items Received Damaged can be returned for store credit or for an exchange. You can inform customer support immediately to process your return / exchange.
- Items received are substandard or are wrong as what you have ordered can also be returned for store credit or exchange.
- Shipping and Handling Charges will not be refundable. The cost of returned goods must be paid by customer.
- All returned goods will be exchanged as long as they are returned to us in original mint condition along with the documents and tags included in the original product.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to check the sizing chart, available in centimeters and inches to ensure they are ordering the correct size. Leather Madness is not responsible for any errors in size; all jackets are stitched based on the sizing chart provided.
- We only offer Exchange or Store Credit but NO Refunds.

Most orders placed are dispatched in 5 to 7 business days. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days. We ship all our packages using DHL, TNT, SkyNet and DPEX Courier Services.
Leather Madness provides all jackets with a tracking number so you can track your jacket. We will email your tracking number once your jacket has been dispatched.Alternatively you can also find your tracking number from our Order Tracking page.
- All orders require a physical address with a valid telephone number for shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes APO/FPO Address.
- Please be aware that we ship our products from multiple places to make logistically feasible for you to receive your order in time. You may be receiving orders from UK, US or Asia, depending upon your shipping address and availability of your ordered item(s).
- We save on shipping costs, warehousing costs and insurance cost. We pass all these savings to our loyal customers.
- All orders can be tracked with a tracking number provided by the shipping company. In case if you haven't receive your order you can track it with your shipping company. We want you to have confidence in the item you have purchased from Leather Madness. We are going to explain some of the different types of leather we usein our merchandise. Also we will offer some advice of how to care for your leatherproduct.
Cowhide leather - will maintain its integrity, taking on the shape of the wearer, making it more comfortable with everyday use. This affordable, functional leather offers fashion, value and endless colors and style. It is proven to have robust resistance against molting and ageing.
Lambskin leather - is much softer, smoother than cowhide and as durable. Lambskin is lighter and is more comfortable to wear. Lambskin drapes well, it flows and has good movement. It's classy for a more fashionable look.
Sheepskin leather - Sheepskin is the warmest lightweight leather you can buy. That's why it's used for a wide variety of cold-weather apparel including jackets,boots, hats and gloves. Sheepskin provides a soft yet resilient surface that makes it ideal clothing.
Aniline leather retains the hide's natural surface with the 'grain', i.e. visible pores,scars etc. of the complete original animal's skin structure.
You will find that we at Leather Madness use "Full Grain" leather. This means the quality of the leather is clear, supple and clean. Evidence of this can also be found in the consistency of the color that has the highest yield of over 90% and the surface is smoothest.
Proper maintenance is the key to make it supple at all times, and increase its durability. Dust and dirt accumulated in leather jackets makes them brittle overtime, which you do not want to happen with your expensive jacket. Therefore, to avoid such a case, follow the simple leather care instructions indicated below.
- Keep your Jacket in a cool and well-ventilated area. Except for occasional drying, to protect it from getting direct sunlight exposure.
- Store your jacket in cloth bags, not polythene bags. This promotes aircirculation and helps in keeping the leather moist.
- If rain spots appear, you should be able to remove them with a dry cloth. If your jacket is semi-aniline or pigmented, you can use a damp cloth or some leather conditioner.
